- 100 grams potatoes
- 2 pineapple slices
- 50 grams peas
- basil
- 2 baby radish, small
- 2 tablespoon(s) cream
- 1/4 cup(s) mayonnaise
- salt and pepper, for seasoning
Potato Salad Directions
- Boil the potatoes, peel and cut into cubes. Steam the peas, dice pineapple slices and break the basil leaves. Mix them all together and refrigerate.
- Whisk together cream, mayonnaise and salt and pepper. Taste and adjust the seasoning as required.
- Mix the seasoning into the vegetables. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
- Serve cold.
