  • multigrain bread
  • 1/3 cup(s) pizza or pasta sauce
  • 2 teaspoon(s) pizza seasoning
  • 2 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 1 onion, small, sliced in rounds
  • 1/2 capsicum, sliced in thin rounds
  • mozzarella sliced thinly

Quick Pizza Sandwich Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. Butter the slices, sprinkle with pizza seasoning and toast for 3 minutes in an oven at 200 degrees Celsius or on a griddle. 
  3. Mix the rest of the seasoning into the pizza or pasta sauce. Apply over the cooled bread slices.
  4. Cover each slice with sliced onions, capsicum and cheese.
  5. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes till the cheese melts and browns.
  6. Slice diagonally and serve.
